Meet the team at Carlingford Medical Clinic

Our doctors provide general practitioner services for individuals and families across Carlingford, North Rocks, Eastwood, Epping, Dundas, Pennant Hills and surrounding suburbs.

At Carlingford Medical Clinic, our team is made up of experienced GPs with a range of clinical interests, supported by nurses, allied health professionals and administrative staff.

Our GPs provide a broad range of medical services including preventative care, chronic disease management, and treatment for a wide range of health concerns across all stages of life.

The doctors at our Carlingford clinic have signed up to be a Medicare bulk-billing practice. This means we will bulk-bill all Medicare eligible patients for all eligible services under the program. including:

  • Children aged 15 years and under
  • Pension card holders
  • Healthcare card holders
  • DVA cardholders

Standard consultations start at $75. for private patients.

Dr Jean-Claude Huynh

MB.BS (SYD), FRACGP, Dip. Paediatrics (UNSW)

Dr Jean-Claude Huynh is the practice principal and owner, with over 20 years of experience in general practice. He has a special interest in paediatrics and provides care across all areas of general practice.

Dr Huynh is also a supervisor and mentor for medical students and GP registrars, and a clinical associate with the University of Sydney.

Dr Diana Wuu

MB.BS (SYD), DCH, FRACGP

Dr Diana Wuu holds a postgraduate diploma in child health and has a strong interest in supporting children and families.

She provides care across a range of general practice areas and is fluent in Mandarin.

Farima H

Dr Farima Haideri

MD, AMC, FRACGP

Dr Farima Haideri has particular interests in women’s health, children’s health, mental health and family medicine.

She is committed to providing comprehensive and patient-centred care and is fluent in Persian (Dari).

Dr Zhen Lin

MBBS, MMed, PhD, FRACGP

Dr Zhen Lin has particular interests in general medicine, chronic disease management, men’s health and children’s health.

He is also an authorised Hepatitis B s100 prescriber, supporting the management and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in the community.

Dr Lin is fluent in Mandarin.

MB.BS, BSc, FRACGP

Dr Julian Lai has special interests in preventative health, skin cancer medicine and medical acupuncture.

She is an examiner with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and is committed to supporting her local community.

Dr Lai is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Grant Zhe Yuan

BSc (UNSW), MB.BS (Notre Dame), Master of Surgery, FRACGP

Dr Grant Zhe Yuan has a strong background in procedural medicine, supported by his Master of Surgery qualification.

He is focused on delivering high-quality care and welcomes feedback to continually improve patient experience.

Dr Yuan is fluent in Mandarin.

Nursing team

Our registered nurses Zoe and Judy are experienced and caring professionals, with over 18 years of combined experience supporting patient care within the clinic.

Reception team

Our reception team are the friendly faces of our family practice.
Anna, Belinda, Mel, Yuki, Landy, Lina support patients with bookings, enquiries and day-to-day assistance.

Important Information

Masks are no longer mandatory but advisable.

However, all patients including children over 12 with flu like symptoms – fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhoea, must still wear a mask when entering the surgery.

Covid 19 positive patients must not enter the surgery.
